Striving to disprove those who insist that “Those who can’t do, teach,” Ed is both a teacher and writer.  He continues to flout expectation by being happily married to his amazing wife while living in the wildly misunderstood state of New Jersey.

Ed’s poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction have appeared most recently or are forthcoming in One Teen Story, Water/Stone Review, Hippocampus Magazine, The Tishman Review, Funny in Five Hundred, and West Texas Literary Review, among others.  You can follow him on Twitter (@AuthorEdDoerr) and Facebook (AuthorEdDoerr) or visit his website (http://eddoerr.com).
