Wendy Taylor Carlisle lives and writes on a hillside in the Arkansas Ozarks. She has an MFA in Poetry from Vermont College of Fine Arts and is the author of two full-length books of poetry, and five chapbooks, most recently, They Went to the Beach to Play (LoCoFo Chaps, 2017.) Her work has been anthologized in The Poets Grimm, (Storyline Press, 2003) and in plein air (Poetic License Press, 2017) and forthcoming from Et Alia Press, in The Neglected Histories of Arkansas and others. Her work is available on line and in print in pacific REVIEW, 2River View, Artemis and others. She has eleven times been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and twice for Best of Web.
