Bruce Taylor, Professor Emeritus UWEC and former poet laureate of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He is author of eight collections of poetry, editor of eight anthologies, and editor of the feature, Local Lit, which appears regularly in Volume One. His poetry has appeared in such places as: Able Muse, The American Journal of Poetry, The Chicago Review, Cortland Review, The Formalist, Light, The Nation, The New York Quarterly, The Northwest Review, Poetry, Rattle and on Writer’s Almanac. He lives in the village of Lake Hallie, Wisconsin with his wife, the writer, Patti See.

Lovely and so relatable. I still hang laundry and at 5’2″, I still stand on tiptoe.
