Grace Sale by Laura Winkelspecht

Laura Winkelspecht is a Wisconsin poet and writer who writes with the hope of finding some lightning among the lightning bugs (although lightning bugs are pretty cool). Laura has been published in Clementine Poetry Journal, NEAT, and the Wisconsin Poet’s Calendar, among others. Laura received an honorable mention for The Mill’s 2017 Janet Dee Wullner-Faiss Memorial Prize for Poetry for the poem “The Witness Tree,” soon to be published in Millwork. She is also a Pushcart Prize nominee for the poem Defibrillator Training, published by One Sentence Poems. Follow Laura on Twitter @lwinkelspecht.
