Penney Knightly is a poet and artist. Her poetry has appeared in Raving Dove, and more recently in Broad, Big River Poetry Review, and Dead King. She endured sexual abuse growing up, and is happily free from that now, even though the subject and images often find their way into her work. She enjoys sailing and kayaking. She lives on a sailboat in the San Pablo Bay. Often seen with a camera, she likes photography, especially taking pictures of animals. She loves ponies and mallard ducks, and thinks you should, too.
