Joanne Kennedy Frazer is a retired peace and justice director and educator for faith-based organizations. In her new leisure she delights in exploring the kinship of all that is through her poetry writing. She lives in Durham, NC, where her five children and their families also reside. Being able to celebrate six grandchildren with special half birthday outings is a treat for her and her husband. Three of her poems have been turned into a song cycle by composer C.M. Fuentes. Her poetry appears in three Old Mountain Press’ anthologies, in Raindrop Press’ Poetic Portions 2015 anthology, and will appear in Soul-lit Journal of Spiritual Poetry.
