For just over five years, while teaching in the Department of Writing at Ithaca College and (as Zajal) in the Ithaca community as a belly dancer, I have been writing poems about Fox, a shape-shifter who can be fully vixen or fully human, always her choice. A chapbook of several (out of the hundreds composed), titled WILD GRAPES: POEMS OF FOX is available from Finishing Line Press.
