So far, Joan Cappello’s life has been a meander, non-linear and open-ended. Joan has been a massage therapist, bank teller, receptionist, film editor, nursery school teacher, modern dancer, mother, psychic healer and cashier; for Joseph Metzger, Rose Glass, “The American Parade,” The County Trust, Nancy Topf, “Woman Alive!”,  Elizabeth Stratton, CBS News, Dede Allen, Paul Grimes, Kristin Bernstein, The Great American Back Rub, Warren Beatty, The Museum of the American Indian, Bob Fosse, Alexander’s and herself…but not necessarily in that order.
