Jack Galmitz was born in New York City in 1951. He attended the University of Buffalo from where he received a PhD in English. He is a former feature editor at the Haiku Foundation and contributing editor at Roadrunner Journal. His latest book is an anthology he edited, entitled Remembering dADa. Previously, he published a book of free verse, micron.

Jack offers the following comment about the photographs below:

“They are composite photographs–collage, if you will–of what is most commonplace in cityscapes: multiple layered water towers and multiple layered glass/steel skyscrapers. In the skyscraper is the blur of a man.  There is nothing new about this method, but it is one that the guitarist G.E. Stinson uses in his artwork.  I’m rather partial to it.”

Jack’s books can be found at Lulu.
