Mesmerized by C.K.Lynn

Power of the sun.

Self-professed grammar geek C.K. Lynn is an avid reader, and a lover of books. She secretly fears finding herself somewhere—anywhere—with nothing to read and has become a convert to electronic book readers so she can take hundreds of books with her wherever she goes. C.K. and her husband met while skydiving, but they have since left that past-time in pursuit of a more dangerous task—raising a child. She lives in a remote part of Michigan with her husband and son, two dogs, and 15 chickens.

C.K. has recently discovered the joys of writing flash fiction. “Mesmerized” is her second published work.

Photographer and magazine publisher Páll Jökull is Icelandic. Landscape and seascape photography is his passion–photographs of landscape in Iceland, travel, nature, rivers, beaches, mountains, lakes, water, plants, and long-exposure photos. He uses a Canon EOS 5d KMII, and previously the older classic version 5D. His name “Jökull” means glacier.

Páll’s work can be seen on Facebook at “Landscape Photography Iceland” and also at the following links:

Here at Zenfolio
And at Flicker.

Páll and C. K. have never met, but she is fascinated by his work and he kindly agreed to this collaboration of her story and his photo.

Raising chickens sometimes means lots of eggs. CK's son broke open this one and said, "Look, Mom...twins!" And then he promptly ate it.
