Blackberries by Sylvia

No fruits were injured in the shooting of this photo. These blackberries were shot using rubber bullets and a VERY expensive lens in Western Ontario. The rumors that several quarts were forced into various jams, jellies and pies are completely unfounded. The photographer attributes the curious stains on her clothing to developing fluids and global warming.

Sylvia is a bookkeeper for a retail outlet during the work week. In her spare time she traipses ‘aboot’ Canada with her cameras and a dog. This is her first published work.

  1. Gives me gooseberries just looking at them. Can feel the hot sun, smell the grass and hear bees droning. Lovely, lovely shot.
